President Museveni’s lawyer Nicholus Muhereza ndyakira, has joined the race for Bushenyi Ishaka municipality with vigour.
Counsel Muhereza Ndyakira is a son of demised prominent parents Mr. Ndyakira and Mrs. Scovia Ndyakira.
His late father, Mr. Ndyakira was a prominent businessman and politician who represented greater Kyamuhunga sub county to greater Bushenyi district council.
After the murder of Mr. Ndyakira, Mrs. Scovia took charge and brought up the young children and maintained and expanded the business.
She was shroud to the extent that she was from a humble background but was able to get closer to president Museveni.
After getting closer to president Museveni, she was able to stablise the business and get jobs and scholarships for her children.
Nicholus Muhereza Ndyakira the aspirant for Bushenyi Ishaka Mucipality parliamentary seat is a holder of master’s degree in petroleum law from the United Kingdom (UK) and a bachelors’ degree in law.
This weekend he shook Bushenyi town with very huge marketing billboards which none of the aspirants has unleashed to the smallest constituency in greater western Uganda.
Other candidates who are running for the seat in the nrm primaries include; Hajji Iddi Basajjabalaba, Marvin Baryaruha and incumbent Derrick Kabuura.
Other candidates coming from other parties and independents include; Counsel Chris Muganzi independent, Twahika Denis Enjoki of PFF and Godfrey Beinomugisha of National Unity Platform (NUP).
