A 27 year old man has been remanded to Mambugu Government prison on three charges of possessing Army Uniform, burglary and theft in Kagadi district.
The Kagadi grade one magistrate’s court presided over by his worship Edward Kayukyi heard that Twinomujuni Emmanuel a resident of Butumba village Muhorro town council on 28/12/2024 with intent to committee a crime broke into a house of Samuel Kahwa of the same area.
The court also heard that on the same date he stole Infinix hot 11smartphone, power bank worth 120,000 shillings, motor vehicle of Baguma Robert, he also stole techno porvuar smartphone worth 530,000 shillings property of Ngonzi Naseje.
Aligned before court he denied the charges and was remanded till 17/06/2025 for court hearing.
