The former woman Mp candidate for Bushenyi district;Fedelis Nshemereirwe has been arrested by police in Ishaka for allegedly leading anti-Age limit removal demonstration on Kabiriisi road in Ishaka town.
It is alleged that the iron lady mobilized bodaboda riders and other business community in Ishaka town who started demonstrating along Kabiriisi road before police dispersed them, arresting their ring leader.
By the time of filling this story, Nshemereirwe was already at Bushenyi central police station making a statement.
In related news, one person in Sheema district has been arrested by police during a demonstration against the age limit removal.
