The anticipated debated on the embattled Age Limit bill has not has failed to take off as the opposition members of parliament alleged that guns have been smuggled into the House.
The angry opposition MPs turned violent, accusing the minister of state for water Ronald Kibuli of holding a gun while in the parliament.

The speaker of parliament Rebecca Kadaga was forced to order that every MP be checked to ensure that there is no gun carried into the house.
The search for the gun was done and nothing was found but still the opposition Mps remain unsatisfied.
Mean while the FDC strongman Col.Dr.Kizza Besigye together with the East African Legislator;Mukasa Mbidde have been arrested in the middle of Kampala city and whisked off to the Kampala central Police station.
