The management of KIU western campus has rubbished rumors making rounds on media that one of their students was raped by witchdoctors.
The Public Relations Officer when contacted by www.mknewslink.com noted that he was just surprise since he was hearing this for the first time.
He said that he could not comment on the matter on grounds that he was unaware of such incident.
However, SP Martial Tumusiime the greater Bushenyi regional police Public Relations Officer recalled that it is an old case which happened some years back.
SP Tumusiime who did not specify on the year in which the incident happened wondered why someone would repost it now to appear as if it’s current.
“This is a closed case which took place years back,” Tumusiime noted.
