Police in Mitooma are investigating circumstances under which unidentified assailants early Sunday morning hacked to death a woman in her 30s before they took off.
Police spokesperson for greater Bushenyi ;Martial Tumusiime has confirmed the incident to www.mknewslink.com and identified the deceased as only Hajjati; a wife to Silagi and a resident of Kakyera 2, Katenga sub county in Mitooma District.
Tumusiime said no suspect has been arrested and he as investigations go on.
He appealed to the public to cooperate with police in a bid to bring the culprits to book.
