Police have started investigations surrounding the mystery death of a 30 year-old man who has been a resident in Ihanda village in Ruhumuro sub-county, Bushenyi district.
Police has identified the deceased as Nsubuga Ayebazibwe; a peasant in Ihanda Village Bushenyi district whose body was today discovered by local residents near his home.
Talking to www.mknewslink.com editor today at his office, the police spokesperson for greater Bushenyi;Martial Tumusiime said the body was subjected to postmortem at BB clinic in Ishaka where it was confirmed that the deceased was killed.
He added that the postmortem report further indicated that the deceased died shortly after being hit by a blunt object on the head.
Tumusiime says investigations are ongoing to have the suspected murderers arrested and brought to book.
He appealed to the public to give police any information that might help the arrest of the culprits.
