Police in Kabale district is investigating circumstances under which a man in his 30s was killed.
Yesterday morning Bernard Tumusiime alias Mbaliga was found dead in Kijuguta Ward on Mutebire -Rwakaraba road in Kabale Municipality.
The deceased is a resident of Rwakaraba B cell, Kijuguta ward in Northern division Kabale municipality.
The Kigezi Region Police Spokesperson Elly Maate confirms the incident saying that primary investigations indicated that the deceased was strangled as he was found with a broken left arm.
Maate adds that the body was taken to Kabale Regional Referral Hospital for postmortem as investigations continue to establish the exact cause of the death.
He further called on the public that whoever could be having
information pertaining to the death of the deceased should give it top police so as to ensure that the culprits are charged accordingly.
