The incoming Member of Parliament for Buliisa Allan Atugonza says he will focus on working for the people in addition to uniting them.
“I want to thank the people of Buliisa for enabling this great victory. This victory is to Unite our people, to empower our youth, women for social economic transformation. I believe in Actions than rhetoric,” Atugonza notes.
“Finally this is your victory as Buliisians, for me am a servant leader who yearn to see a better united prosperous Buliisa. God bless Buliisa God Bless Uganda. For God and my country,” he concluded.
Allan Atugonza has replaced Stephen Biraahwa Mukitale who has been the area member of parliament since 2006.
