Police in Kisoro district have in detention a man who allegedly killed another one accusing him of sleeping with his wife.
Owen Habasa killed Mubangizi Alex a resident of Chogo village, Kagunga Parish, Bukimbiri sub County in Kisoro District.
According to Bernard Kato the Nyakalembe village Chairperson he received a call from the suspect Habasa on Saturday 1AM confessing that he had killed Mubangizi whom he caught red handed having sex with his wife Justin Owobulenzi.
Sources told www.mknewslink.com that Habasa who works from Masaka returned home days back after receiving a tip off that the deceased has been sleeping with his wife.
Sources alleged that he hid in the area and kept monitoring the victims movements until last night when he found the duo red handed in bed and killed him instantly at his home.
After the killing, Habasa reported himself to Bukimbiri Sub County police post where he is being detained together with his wife.
Police were yet to issue any Statement about the matter by press time
