Police in Kisoro have arrested a teenager and are hunting for three others on allegations of gang raping a 65 year old woman.
It is alleged that Charles Mugisha a resident of Gasiza Nyakabande subcounty alongside his three other colleagues gang raped an old woman from Gakoro village Gasiza parish.
According to sources, the woman was raped on Thursday 15th April 2021 at around 23:00hrs as she returned from a bar in Nyaruyanga cell.
A source at Kisoro central police station confirmed the arrest adding that they are still hunting for the other 3 criminals who are still at large.
The source said that the case has been registered at Kisoro central police station under reference number SDR 02/15/04/2021
