In Kasese—
Police in Kasese in a joint operation with UPDF have arrested 27 year old man for possessing an illegal fire arm.
The suspect Eric Okuti was found with a gun SMG no.49003256 which had earlier been stolen from Pte Christopher Lotee of the forth mountain
The suspect has been transferred to Mountain Division Headquarters in Muhooti for further management as police continue to hunt for other criminals.
Meanwhile, Pte Christopher Lotee is currently detained at Muhooti as he waits to appear before court martial to answer to charges of loss of a gun.
