The presidential candidate for FDC Patrick Amuriat Oboi has today 4th Dec.2020 been produced in Mbarara magistrate’s court.
Amuriat was today morning arrested at the border of Bushenyi and Rubirizi as he headed to Rubirizi district for campaigns.
According to Samson Kasasira the Rwizi region Police spokesperson, Amuriat disobeyed lawful orders when he refused to listen to Police and instead jumped onto a boda boda to continue his campaigns
Amuriat was charged with disobedience of lawful orders before he was bailed out by court.
Kasasira told www.mknewslink.com that Police are still hunting for the boda boda rider who knocked DPC SP John Rutangira.
