Igara East Member of Parliament Michael Mawanda Maranga yesterday donated an ambulance Van and ugx 2000,000 to Igara east residents to help them during this Covid 19 hard times.
Michael Mawanda through his agents handed over the Ambulance van and the Ugx 2M to the Bushenyi district Covid 19 task force Chairman Jolly Tibemanya at the district headquarters during the 6th meeting of Covid 19 task force.
Michael Mawanda directed that the 2 m be given to boda boda cyclists to buy what to eat and an Ambulance van provides transport to patients and pregnant mothers to health facilities for treatment especially in this hectic situation of corona virus .
Mawanda Micheal then added on the list of those who have supported their district with whatever they had to help residents and task force in these times.
Bushenyi district covid 19 task force appreciated the work done by MP Mawanda in highly supporting the cause urging other leaders to also give a helping hand.

Michael Mawanda heed to our call and responded.However the other MP and the minister are yet to act accordingly.
