The deputy prime minister for Tooro kingdom Nyakake condemned some leaders in Ntoroko district who are fighting the Kingdom.
Speaking to hundreds of king’s subjects from Karugutu town council during the visit of Tooro kingdom prime, Minister Bernard Tungwako, Nyakake disclosed that there some leaders in Ntoroko district who incite the public to fight the kingdom.
Nyakake cited the recent floods that hit Ntoroko district and when the kingdom took the aid some top leaders incited the public not to take the aid from the kingdom.
She disclosed that such leaders are fighting the government indirectly because the kingdom does not act outside the government thus asking King’s subjects to vote out such leaders.
Meanwhile the Rt. Hon Bernard Tungakwo said that such leaders will not manage the kingdom since kingdom came first before them.
However Tungakwo explained that Isazi Lyabantu Ba Tooro is aimed at bring together Batooro, spreading the campaign on educating King’s subjects apply for land tittles and among others.
