An official from world voice Uganda Charles Jumba has warned parents who abuse children to be arrested if they do not want to stop the habbit.
Last week Rossette Kabasomi divorced with her husband and left her child behind with the step mother who beat and burnt him to unconscious state over unknown issues.
The child who was burnt by the step mother was transferred to Mulaga National referral hospital for treatment.
