Forum for democratic change FDC in Kibaale District has nominated two candidates to fight for the district chairperson and woman parliamentary seat with the yet nominated NRM candidates.
NRM primary elections are under way to select candidates who will face tight competition from FDC members.
During delegation meeting at FDC party offices in Kagadi Town Council last Saturday Peter Byahangirwe was nominated to compete for the LC5 seat while Margret Naziwa Rujumba will tussle it out for woman member of parliament.
In an interview with mknewslink reporter, Ms. Margret Naziwa Rujumba said people should vote FDC candidates for transparency and corruption free society.
Mr. Peter Byahangirwe said Bunyoro region needs leaders who can put government to task on issues of service delivery in the communities.
